Good Afternoon Mr. Dunham,
Would it be possible to read the deed for the sanctuary on Hidden Harbour? I am interested to read what is says the
owner of "Lemon Hill" has the legal right to do in terms of managing the road set back along the entire north length.
In my opinion the reason for easement was to maintain the lighting and irrigation system that was part of the HOA. As
you know that HOA has been dissolved and the electric that supplied the lights and irrigation has been voluntarily
terminated both physically and financially.
