Good Morning Greg,
So it seems Steve Street did call Comcast in early December. He was having spotty service. They told him they would
have to drop a new line. However Steve was not aware nor was he told they were going to dig a trench. Steve did notice
a new junction box was installed as well. Not sure if it is one of the two new ones were are aware of or a third one.
From what Steve descried the issue was not handle very professionally but was done. Steve guessed this happened
between Dec 1 -10th.
