AN ORDINANCE VACATING COLORADO AVENUE IN PALISADES SUBDIVISION IN
SECTION 35, T25S, R21E, S.L.B.&M.
The City of Moab hereby vacates Colorado Avenue in Palisades
Subdivision in Moab, Grand County, State of Utah, in favor of the
adjoining land owners:
Colorado Avenue as mapped on the official subdivision plat,
Palisades Subdivision, Plat A, as recorded in the Grand County
Recorder's Office, Entry No. 275609, dated April 19, 1956.
The vacation of the street shall in no wise impair the franchise
rights of any public utility nor extinguish any existing municipal
utility rights evidenced by or in place within the street so vacated.
The City Clerk is directed to record a copy of this Ordinance in
the Office of the Recorder, County of Grand, State of Utah, and to
cause the same to be indexed in the name of the City of Moab, Grantor,
and adjoining land owners, Grantee.
This Ordinance shall take effect and be enforced from and after
its passage and publication according to law.
