80903 (hereinafter referred to as "Contractor"),

September 7, 2022; and

NOW, ilitIER.EFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises and covenants herein.
contained, including the above stated recitals, City arid Contractor hereby agree as follows:
1.. The City and Contractor executed and entered into Contract No, 138-2022 on or
about lune 7, 2022, which Contract is incorporated herein by reference. The
Parties also entered into Addendum No. I to said Agreement on Noveniber 17,
2022,. to update Contractor's address. Pursuant to Contract,No, 138-2022., Section.
IV Term of Agreement., the City Iris in option to retiew the. .Agreement through
July 31., 2024, which option is exercised pursuant to this Addendum. Contractor
shall continue to provide the scope of services as ide.ntill.ecl. within Contract No.
138-2.02,2 during the renewal term and Parties agree such services shall he.
perfonned in a manner consistent with Contract No. 1.38-2022.
2, City and Contractor expressly agree that all other terms, conditions, and
covenants contained. in Contract 'No, 138-2022, shall be applicable to the work
performed pursuant to this Addendum, unless such term, condition or covenant
conflicts with this Addendum Number 2, in which case his Addendum Number 2
shall be controlling,

3. Both parties hereby agree that with the exception of the extension of the contract
date of termination pursuant to the exercise of the option to renew the contract
through July 3 I, 2024, Contract No, l38-2022 shall remain intact and unchanged
and in full Ilirce and effect.
4. Both parties agree that any person executing this C':ontract in a representative
capacity hereby warrants that he or she has been duly authorized by his or her
principal to execute this Contract,
