AS BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF RICHMOND POWER AND LIGHT
August 7, 2023
The Board of Directors of Richmond Power and Light met in Executive Session on Monday,
August 7, 2023 in the Law Department Conference Room at the City Building, 50 North 5th St,
Richmond, Indiana. Chairperson Larry Parker called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.
Member's present: Ron Oler, Lucinda Wright, Doug Goss, Jane Bumbalough, Gary Turner, Jeff
Cappa, Jeffrey Locke, Bill Engle and Board Chair Larry Parker.
This is to certify that no subject matter was discussed in the executive session other than the subject
matter specified in the public notice. Pursuant to Indiana Code IC5-14-1.5-6.1(4)(ff).
The Executive Session was adjourned at 6:35 p.m.
