WIIEREAS, application has been properly made to the Mayo,' and Council of the

WIlEREAS, it appears that the npplicant (s) is/are qualified to be licensed aod that the
members designated to conduct BINGO GAMES and to assist are bona fide members
of the applicant (s); and
WItEREAS, tile applicant ts) has/have signitied that the gan,es will be played in
accordance with Rules 6, 7 and 8 of the Legalized Games of Chance Commission's
Regulatious.
NOW, TIIEREFORE, BE H' AND IT IS IIEREBY RESOLVED, by tile Mayor and
Council of the Borough pf Cmtetel, that the Municipal Clerk is hereby authorized and
dilected to execute the endorsement of the Mayor and Council by issuing,.upon proper
plesentation of application mid Fees, a BINGO LICENSE to the applicant ts);
BE H' FURTilER RESOLVED that a certilied copy of this Resolution be sent
Fmthwith to the Legalized Games of Chance Coatml Commission, P. O. Box 46000,
Newark, New Jersey 07102.
