PROPERTY TAX CANCELLATION
WHEREAS, certain properties were acquired by the Carteret
Redevelopment Agency, and or other exempt Organizations.
WHEREAS, due to these acquisitions, partial balances of taxes
should be cancelled.
[SOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the
Borough of Carteret, County of Middlesex, New Jersey, that the
Pax Collector cancel taxes as follows:
