WHEREAS, The Richmond Sanitary Board of Commissioners passed an annual budget for
calendar year 2023 on August 23rd, 2022 and,
WHEREAS, funds for our refund account are going to be short for 2023,
WHEREAS, this particular account has a net zero effect on the budget as it is used to pay back
customers who have overpaid an account,
WHEREAS, it has been determined it is now necessary to appropriate additional sums of money to
the refund account so they are available for use within the 2023 annual budget.
NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Richmond Sanitary Board of Commissioners that the
additional appropriatiofls are hereby approved for the funds as indicated:
I. Sewer Utility Fund 6201 $5,000.00
