Re:Ordinance 45-2023
Ordinance 45-2023 is an additional appropriation ordinance allocating dollars that represent the City’s
commitment to the Hoosier Enduring Legacy Program (HELP) projects as presented in the related
Resolution approving the strategic investment plan. The total amount of this appropriation is
$2,393,776.00. This appropriation has been allocated as follows:
0199-9600-302-4003 Public Safety $ 725,000.00
0199-9600-502-4002 Downtown Revitalization $1,000,000.00
0199-9600-502-3990 Contractual Services $ 668,776.00
