REGULAR MEETING
December 16, 2014
The City of Lynwood as Successor Agency to the Lynwood Redevelopment Agency met
in a regular meeting in the Council. Chambers, 11330 Bullis Road,. Lynwood, CA on the
above date at 6:20 p.m. h..
Mayor Solache presiding.
Council Members Alatorre, Castro, Hernandez, Santillan -Beas and Solache were
present.
Also present were City Manager Beltran, City Attorney Garcia, City Clerk Quinonez and
City Treasurer Rodriguez.
City Clerk Quinonez announced that the Agenda had been duly posted in accordance
with the Brown Act.

CONSENT CALENDAR
It was moved by Council Member Castro, seconded by Mayor Pro Tern Santillan -Beas
to approve the consent calendar and to receive and file staff reports.

Item #2. Council Member Alatorre pulled Item #2 — APPROVAL OF THE
WARRANT REGISTER
Council Member Alatorre requested information regarding warrant number 5271 in the
amount of $4,500. He requested information about the cleanup of the properties for the
agency through a green memo.
RESOLUTION NO. 2014.030 ENTITLED:
RESOLUTION OF THE LYNWOOD CITY COUNCIL AS SUCCESSOR AGENCY TO
THE LYNWOOD REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF LYNWOOD, CALIFORNIA,
ALLOWING AND APPROVING THE DEMANDS AND WARRANTS
Council Member Castro amended her original motion to include the approval of the
entire consent calendar.

The City Council by consensus provided direction to Special Council to
maintain the City's and Successor Agency's positions in litigation.
ADJOURNMENT
Having no further discussion, it was moved by Council Member Alatorre, seconded by
Mayor Pro Tern Santillan -Beas and carried to adjourn the regular City of Lynwood as
Successor Agency to the Lynwood Redevelopment Agency meeting at 9:02 p.m.
