by Okones second by Kruse same were approved as read.
It was moved by Okones second by Lindaman that the
application for a Cigarette permit to George Eekhoff be
approved. Motion carried.
It was moved by Lindaman second by Kruse that the Cigare�t e
Bond of George Eekhoff be accepted and approved Motion Car ried.
It was moved byy Kruse second by Lindaman that cancellQ.t'on of
Ben Knep�e Ci aret�e permit be accepted and that a � license
fee be rebate to en Knep�e; Motion carried.
Treasurers report was received, read and placed on file.

P�Zarahall and paying �50.00 pe5 month, time to begin at the
Mayors discretion. Motion Carried.
It was moved that the the pay per hour for shoveling snow
off the streets be 30 cents per hour, for man and 75 cents per
hour for man and Truck . A,2oti on Carl ed

removal with snow -plow.
The Well driller Hoeg & Ames report to the council that
they had plugged the New well at a depth of 590 feet, and a sam p'
of the water had been sent in for analysis.
The following bills were read and on motion by Lindaman

Special Meeting -
Council met 1H special session, A:4ayor Rogs presiding and
Councilmen H L Luwe- H P Kruse- Neil Okones & Geo Lindaman.
A report of the water analysis having been returned,was
read, and same showed considerable improvement above the last
sample taken before the New well was plugged. �Y_ -��� �"r'`'"'''�
It was the opinion of the Council that the CGe1.1 be accepted
and that arrangements be made at once, to complete the casing
to top of ground, and also arrange for pumping eouiptment, so
that the new well can be put into service.
Tilers being no other business council adjourned.
