ADDENDUM
, THIS ADDENDUM, (Number 1 to Contract No. 150-2022) is made and entered into this
/(/'-' day of 496102e4A , 2023, by and between Richmond, Indiana, a municipal
corporation acting through its Board of Public Works and Safety with its office at 50 North 5'1' Street,
Richmond, Indiana, thereinafter referred to as "City"), and Enterprise Plumbing, Inc., 1515 West
Kilgore Avenue,Muncie,Indiana, 47304 (hereinafter referred to as "Contractor").
WHEREAS, City and Contractor entered into Contract No. 150-2022 on October 1, 2022; and
WHEREAS, City wishes to continue to retain Contractor to continue to provide services in
connection with professional consulting, testing, and reporting services for the
backflow prevention device located at the Izzy David Edelman Police and Fire
Traini g and Physical Fitness Center, for the City of Richmond Fire Department, as
set forth within the scope of Contract No. 150-2022.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises and covenants herein contained,
including the above stated recitals, City and Contractor hereby agree as follows:
1. The CIty and Contractor executed and entered into Contract No. 150-2022, on
October 1, 2022, which Contract is incorporated herein by reference. Pursuant to
Contrast No. 150-2022, Section IV Term of Agreement, the City has an option to
renew the Agreement for the 2023 calendar year, which option is exercised pursuant
to this Addendum. Contractor shall continue to provide the professional consulting,
testing, and reporting services for the backflow prevention device located at the Izzy
David Edelman Police and Fire Training and Physical Fitness Center for the
Richmond Fire Department, as identified within Contract No. 150-2022 for the 2023
calendar year. Such services shall be performed in a manner consistent with
Contract No. 150-2022, which is hereby incorporated by reference and made a part
hereof.
2. City and Contractor expressly agree that all other terms, conditions, and covenants
contained in Contract No. 150-2022, shall be applicable to the work performed
pursuant to this Addendum, unless such term, condition or covenant conflicts with
this Addendum Number 1, in which case this Addendum Number 1 shall be
controlling.
3. Both p:,-ties hereby agree that with the exception of the extension of the contract te
of termination pursuant to the exercise of the option to renew the contract for the
2023 calendar year, Contract No. 150-2022 shall remain intact and unchanged and in
full force and effect.

4. Both parties agree that any person executing this Contract in a representative capacity
hereby warrants that he or she has been duly authorized by his or her principal to
executt this Addendum.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, this Addencian is executc• and approved by the undersigned
