budget for calendar year 2023on October 3rd, 2022 (Ordinance 32-
2022); and
VVHERE/\8, it has been determined itis now necessary io appropriate additional
sums o[money to certain funds.
NOW, T}{ERE[0KLE, be it ordained by the Connrnou Council of the City
of Richmond, lodiunu, that the [o||o*/inA additional sums of money are hereby
appropriated to the following funds:

B. Downtown Rev ita|izuiion ' 0lq9'9dUO-j02'40O2 $1,000,000.00
C. Contractual Services ' 0|99-960O-502'3990 $ 668,770.00
