WHEREAS, bids for a holmatro tool for the Fire Department was authorized on
November 16, 1999 by Resolution 4/99-362; and
WHEREAS, the following bids were received on December 8, 1999:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the
Borough of Carteret that the bid for a holmatro tool for the Fire Department is
hereby awarded to:
ESI EQUIPMENT
for the amount of $19,524.00.

and certified as a true copy of the original
