AUTHORIZING DONATION OF UNUSED OFFICE DESK
TO THE CARTERET VFW POST 2314
WHEREAS, the Borough has agreed to donate an old unused office desk, which is no
longer needed by Borough staff to the Carteret VFW Post #2314 ( "Carteret VFW "); and
WHEREAS, by donating this desk, the Borough and the Carteret VFW, make no
expressed or implied warranty and it is understood that the above mentioned desk is scrap
and has no value; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Borough of Carteret,
County of Middlesex, State of New Jersey that the donation of an old unused office desk
to the Carteret VFW is hereby authorized.
Adopted this 8 th day of November, 2018
and certified as a true copy of the
original on November 9, 2018.
