The Richmond Airport is requesting a budget transfer to keep my seasonal Jeff Ballard thru December 2023. The
request will move $5,000.00 from account 2206-0305-202-2209 to account 2206-0305-101-1197, Having Jeff
during December will be helpful with possible snow removal. Thanks for your consideration.
