All of the proposed renovations are located in the back -yard area. The back yard is surrounded by a chain -link fence with heavy landscape on both sides. IV.E.3. They would like to include an open- air Pergola structure over a portion (18'x18'), and a 5-5.5'x40' cantilevered -pergola "awning -like" structure across the kitchen area of the patio. The two new pergola structures would replace the existing canvas awning -structures at the pool deck area. The pergola structures are to be constructed of _a powder -coated aluminum. And, in order to an attractive, contiguous design we are proposing that both structures match in materials & color.
