MEETING IN EXECUTIVE SESSION
OF BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF RICHMOND POWER AND LIGHT

Law Department Conference Room —3rd Floor, Richmond City Building
The Board of Directors of Richmond Power and Light met in Executive Session on Monday,
October 16, 2023 in the Law Department Conference Room at the City Building, 50 North 5th St.,
Richmond, Indiana. Chairperson Larry Parker called the meeting to order at 6:01 p.m.
Member's present: Ron Oler,Lucinda Wright,Doug Goss,Jane Bumbalough,Gary Turner,Jeffrey
Locke,Bill Engle,Board Chair Larry Parker,General Manager Tony Foster and City Attorney A.J.
Sickman via phone call. Member's absent: Jeff Cappa.
This is to certify that no subject matter was discussed in the executive session other than the subject
matter specified in the public notice. Pursuant to Indiana Code 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(2)(B).
The Executive Session was adjourned at 6:30 p.m.
