PAYMM~'rS FOR THE YEAR 20OO
BE IT RESOLVE~, by the Mayor and Council of the Borough of
Carteret that~ effective January 17 2000, the Short Term
Disability weekly payments shall be at a rate, not to exceed
Four Hundred One Dollars ($401.00) per week for full-time em-
ployees and~ at a rate, not to exceed Two Hundred Dollars and
Fifty Cents ($200.50) per week for part-time employees of the
Borough of Carteret and the Treasurer-Chief Financial Officer
be and is hereby authorized and directed to undertake such
action as is required by The Prudential Insurance Company of
America to implement this provision.
