Chain-nun Parker presided. ROLL CALL; Board members present were Doug Goss, Lucinda Wright, Bill Engle, Jeff Cappa, Jeffrey Locke, Gary Turner, Jane Bunohuiouch, Larry Parker and Ron O|er. Also present were: Tony Foster, General Manager; Andrew Sickmann, Corporate Council; Karen Cbasteon, City Clerk; Don Miller, Southeastern Equipment; Claudia Ellis; and, Media. APPROVAL OF BILLS, INVESTMENTS AND TRANSFERS: Upon recommendation of the Finance Committee, Board Member Oler moved to approve cluicnu for p0ynncutm in the uonouoi of Eight Million Seven Bundrcd Sixteen Thousand Sigbt |{undrod Twenty Five Dollars and forty five cents ($8'716,825.45), supported by Board Member Qonoba|oogh. Upon o vote viva vocc, the motion carried 9-O. NEW BUSINESS: Board Member Turner moved to authorize the General Manager to receive bids for the 2024 Line Tree Clearance for the Line Department, supported by Board Member Locke. Upon a vote viva voce, the motion carried. REPORT BY GENERAL MANAGER: Mr. Foster reviewed the Tree Clearance Program. MISCELLANEOUS BUSINESS: A Special Meeting to discuss the 2024 Budgets has been scheduled for Monday, November 13, 6 pm.
