MEETING OF RICHMOND COMMON COUNCIL
AS BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF RICHMOND POWER AND LIGHT
November 13, 2023
The Board of Directors of Richmond Power and Light met Monday, November 13, 2023 in the
Council Chambers at the City Building, 50 North 511' Street, Richmond. Chairperson Larry
Parker called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. Member's present was Jeffrey Locke, Jeff Cappa,
Bill Engle, Doug Goss, Jane Bumbalough, Dr. Ron Oler, Gaiy Turner, Dr. Lucinda Wright, and
Chair Larry Parker. Also attending from Richmond Power and Light was General Manager
Tony Foster.
1. Presentation of the proposed 2024 expense and capital budgets.
General Manager Tony Foster presented to the Board of Directors a recap/review of
2023, and then presented the proposed 2024 expense and capital budgets for RP&L, and
Parallax.
Both budgets will be placed on the agenda for board approval December 4, 2023.
With no further business to discuss the meeting was adjourned at 8:05 p.m.
