APPROVING THE CARTERET BUSINESS PARTNERSHIP, INC.
2019 ANNUAL SID I BUDGET
WHEREAS, the Carteret Business Partnership, Inc. (the "CBP "), the district
management corporation for the Borough of Carteret ( "Borough ") Special Improvement
District ( "SID "), has submitted its proposed its proposed SID I Budget for the 2019
Calendar Year ( "SID I Budget'), a copy of which is attached hereto, for ultimate
adoption by the Governing Body; and
WHEREAS, in accordance with the applicable law, the Governing Body wishes to
hereby Introduce and Approve said SID I Budget as presented.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and Council of the Borough
of Carteret as follows:
1. That the above referenced 2019 SID I Budget is hereby
Introduced and Approved by title.
2. That Appropriate Borough Officials are hereby authorized
and directed to take all necessary action to have the said
2019 SID I Budget advertised in The Star Ledger in the
issue of November 28, 2018 for a public hearing thereon to
be held on December 27, 2018, as provided by law.
Adopted this 19" day of November, 2018
and certified as a true copy of the
original on November 20, 2018.

Notice is hereby given that the 2019 SID I Budget was approved by the Gov-
erning Body of the Borough of Carteret, County of Middlesex, on November
19, 2018.
A Hearing on the 2019 SID I Budget will be held at the Council Chambers,
Municipal Building, 61 Cooke Avenue, Carteret, New Jersey 07008, on De-
cernber 27, 2018, at 6:00 o'clock P.M.
Copies of the Budget are available in the office of Kathleen M. Barney, Bor-
ough Clerk, Office of Borough Clerk, 61 Cooke Avenue Carteret, New Jersey
07008 during the hours of 8:00 A.M. to 4:00 P,M. each weekday.
