AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND /OR DIRECTOR OF
ENGINEERING TO EXECUTE A TWA PERMIT WITH REGARD
TO NJDEP FOR VARIOUS PROJECTS WITHIN THE BOROUGH
BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Carteret that the
Mayor and/or Director of Engineering are hereby authorized to execute the Treatment
Works Approval Permit Application with regard to NJDEP for various projects within the
Borough, for CY 2019/2020, in a form approved by the Borough Attorney and Borough
Engineer.
Adopted this 19" day of November, 2018
and certified as a true copy of the
original on November 20, 2018.
