Richard Hendrickson, being duly sworn on an oath,
states or affirms that he is the Chief Financial Officer

and has full knowledge of the facts which are stated

quirements constituting qualification as a qualified
newspaper as provided by Minn. Stat. § 331A.02,

ads pted Ordinance No. 444. The ordi-
na ce adds Section 503 Pertaining to
So id Waste Management to the code of
or•inances and deletes Section 605
Waste Disposal. The ordinance man-
da -s that all residential and other gen-
erors of waste in the city provide for
dis•osal. The ordinance also provides
pr• isions for the City to provide en-
forement of ordinance non-compliance
an. violations. The full text of Ordinance
No 444 is available for inspection at
Me•ina city hall during regular business
ho rs.
