MEETING IN EXECUTIVE SESSION
OF BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF RICHMOND POWER AND LIGHT

The Board of Directors of Richmond Power and Light met in Executive Session on Monday,
December 18, 2023 in the Law Department Conference Room at the City Building, 50 North 5th
St., Richmond, Indiarrd. Chairperson Larry Parker called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.
Member's present: Ron Oler, Lucinda Wright, Doug Goss, Jane Bumbalough, Gary Turner,
Jeffrey Locke, Bill Eagle, Jeff Cappa, Board Chair Larry Parker, General Manager Tony Foster
and City Attorney A.J. Sickmann.
This is to certify that no subject matter was discussed in the executive session other than the subject
matter specified in the public notice. Pursuant to Indiana Code 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(2)(B).
The Executive Session was adjourned at 6:22 p.m.
