RE: Ordinance NO. 1-2024
Dear Council Member,
Ordinance No. 1-2024 is a zoning map amendment for the property addressed 1300 Rose City Blvd (Parcel
ID: 89-16-19-000-102.000-030; LEGAL DESCRIPTION: PT NE, NW & SW 19-14-1 54.134A), requesting
to rezone the property from General Commercial (GC) and Industrial Commercial (IC) to High Intensity
Industrial (I2). The rezone would allow E&B Paving, LLC to operate a portable concrete batching plant on
the westernmost portion of the property for the duration of the Revive 1-70 construction project.
This ordinance is respectfully requested to be referred to the Richmond Advisory Plan Commission for
public hearing at its meeting on Wednesday, January 24, 2024.
