AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING A NEW SUBSECTION "160-67A"
OF THE CODE OF THE BOROUGH OF CARTERET
BE, IT ORDAINED by the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Carteret (the
"Borough") that Chapter 160 Land Development of the Code of the Borough of Carteret is
hereby amended by adding a new subsection to be designated section 160-67A which shall
read in its entirety as follows:
"160-67A. Plot Plans 1 and 2 family dwelling without Planning or Zoning Board
approvals.
A. Purpose - A plot plans is required to achieve the following:
-- 1. Minimize any adverse effects of water and soil run off onto
surrounding properties.
2. Protect structures from improper water discharge.
BE, IT FURTHER ORDAINED that a copy of this Ordinance shall be forwarded to the
Carteret Planning Board for its review and comment.
BE, IT, FURTHER ORDAINED that a copy of this Ordinance be sent to the Middlesex
County Planning Board.
