Home My Public Portal About092-2005 - 2005 Budget Amendment - Transfer- MVH (Ord No 64-2004)ORDINANCE NO. 92-2005 AN APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 2005 BUDGET WHEREAS, Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana adopted a budget for calendar year 2005; and WHEREAS, Common Council has determined it necessary to transfer money from one major budget classification to another within a department or office; and WHEREAS, the transfer does not require the expenditure of more money than the total amount set out in the budget as finally determined under Indiana Code 6-1.1-1-1 et seq.; and WHEREAS, this transfer may be made under Indiana Code 6-1.1-18-6 without notice and without the approval of the Department of Local Government Finance. NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana, that the 2005 budget be amended as follows: A. Motor Vehicle Highway 1. Delete $778.37 from Traffic Signs and Guides Existing account no. 218.18.180.180.000.4320 2. Delete $4,249.72 from Other Equipment Existing account no. 218.18.180.180.000.4490 Delete $18,539.38 from Fleet Maintenance – Repair Parts Existing account no. 218.18.180.180.000.2213 Delete $2,000.00 from Tires and Tubes Existing account no. 218.18.180.180.000.2212 Delete $3,000.00 from Stone/Gravel Existing account no. 218.18.180.180.000.2362 Delete $6,779.96 from Street Trees Existing account no. 218.18.180.180.000.2509 Delete $10,000.00 from Overtime Existing account no. 218.18.180.180.000.1302 Add $45,347.43 to Property and Liability Insurance Existing account no. 218.18.180.180.000.3401 Passed and adopted this _19th_ day of December____ 2005, by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana.
