AMENDING RESOLUITION #99-325 REGARDING PAYMENTS TO
CONTRACTORS PURSUANT TO (COAH) REGULATIONS
WHEREAS, the Borough of Carteret has received certain money pursuant to
Regional Contribution Agreements (RCA); and
WHEREAS, the Borough is undertaking an extensive scattered site rehabilitation
program to utilize said RCA funds; and
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and Council of the
Borough of Carteret do hereby approve the following amounts for the work to be
performed by various approved contractors:
17 Swathmore Drive Not to exceed $16,500.
14 Bemath Street Not t6 exceed $12,000.
Adopted this 16th day of December, 1999
and Certified as a true copy of the
original on December 17,1999.
