You ask for clarification before proceeding. Really? My request was clear and straight forward. Yet you have waited for one year and six days to finally get around to asking me for clarification. Meanwhile, as documented on the Town's web site, you have chosen to respond to hundreds of record requests that have been made subsequent to this one. Therefore, I respectfully request you please provide the following records: 1. The record I originally asked for. 2. The record that established the Town's policy that some records will be answered before others instead of in the order in which they were received. 3. The record that established the Town's policy that 370 days is an acceptable delay period to wait before asking for clarification of a public record request. I make this request pursuant to Article 1. Section 24 of the Florida Constitution and Chapter 119.07 of the Florida Statutes. If any records that would have been responsive to this request have been destroyed, then please provide any and all records identifying the destruction or other means of disposition of records that would have been responsive to this Public Record Request.
