CANCEL APPROPRIATION BALANCES
WHEREAS, the following 1999 Current Fund budget
appropriation balances remain unexpended:

WHEREAS, it is necessary to formally cancel said balances
so that the unexpended balances in the amount of
$33,000.00 may be credited to surplus;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council ef the
Borough ef Carteret, State of New Jersey, that the above
listed unexpended balances ef the Current Fund be
cancelled accordingly.

and certified as a true copy of the original
on December 17, 1999.
