Home My Public Portal About094-2005 - 2005 Budget Amendment - Transfer- Transit (Ord No 64-2004)ORDINANCE NO. 94-2005 AN APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 2005 BUDGET WHEREAS, Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana adopted a budget for calendar year 2005; and WHEREAS, Common Council has determined it necessary to transfer money from one major budget classification to another within a department or office; and WHEREAS, the transfer does not require the expenditure of more money than the total amount set out in the budget as finally determined under Indiana Code 6-1.1-1-1 et seq.; and WHEREAS, this transfer may be made under Indiana Code 6-1.1-18-6 without notice and without the approval of the Department of Local Government Finance. NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana, that the 2005 budget be amended as follows: A. Roseview Transit 1. Delete $3,000.00 from Vacation Buy Back Existing account no. 605.57.057.057.000.1396 2.
