For GS #453, parts A and B, you can find the Town of Gulf Stream's codes online at:
https : / /www.municode.com/library /fl /gulf stream/codes /code of ordinances. Please note that
pursuant to the public records laws, the duty of the Town of Gulf Stream is to provide access to
or copies of public records at a reasonable time in reasonable conditions. The Town of Gulf
Stream is not required to give out information from these records nor give legal advice about

To produce the documents for GS #452 and GS #453 (C) that you have requested, the Town of
Gulf Stream estimates the need for 1.5 hours of administrative support at $36.39 per hour, the
labor cost of the personnel providing the service, per Fla. Stat. § 119.07(4)(d). If the costs of
producing these documents will exceed your deposit, the Town will provide you with an initial
production of responsive records and an estimate for the production of any additional responsive
records. If the costs of production are less than the deposit, the Town will provide you with the
responsive records and a refund. If you would like to narrow the scope of your request, for
example, by identifying a particular document type or date range, the Town may be able to
provide these records at a lower cost.
(1.5 hours @ 36.39 = 54.59) - (.25 hour @ 36.39= 9.10) = Deposit Due: $45.49 in cash or
check.
Should you not want all the requests, please find the attached worksheet for each individual
request.
The Town of Gulf Stream is currently working on a large number of incoming public records
requests. Upon receipt of your deposit, the Town will use its very best efforts to further respond
