Dear B.O.W. Members,
On 02/26/2024 the bid was awarded to Mikesell Excavating Inc. for the demolition of the
garage located at 344 Grace Drive, Richmond, IN 47374.
The following bids were to be received no later than February 22nd, 2024
1. Mikesell Excavating Inc. Lowest Bid $2,200.00
2. B & B Construction of Richmond, Inc. $3,499.00
3. Reynolds Service Tech, Inc. $2,900.00
4. Cox Excavating Plus LLC. $4,500.00
We are now asking the Board to approve contract#43-2024 for Mikesell Excavating Inc.
in an amount not to exceed $2,200 to demolish the garage located at 344 Grace Drive,
Richmond, IN 47374.
