ADDENDUM
THIS ADDENDUM, (Number 1 to Contract No. 19-2023) is made and entered into this
"Pi" day of A fe.IA , 2024, by and between Richmond, Indiana, a munii ipal
corporation acting through its Board of Public Works and Safety with its office at 50 North 5th St eet,
Richmond, Indiana, 47374 (hereinafter referred to as "City"), and

to as "Wrecker Service").
WHEREAS, City and Wrecker Service entered into Contract No. 19-2023 to be effective through
March 31, 2024; and
WHEREAS, City wishes to continue to retain Wrecker Service to continue to provide on all
wrecker services as needed by the Richmond Police Department and as set rth
within the Scope of Contract No. 19-2023.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises and covenants herein contai ed,
including the above stated recitals, City and Wrecker Service hereby agree as follows:
1. The City and Wrecker Service executed and entered into Contract No. 19-2 23,
effective on April 1, 2023. The Parties wish to renew the Agreement for an
additional year through March 31, 2025. Such services shall be performed i a
manner consistent with Contract No. 19-2023, which is hereby incorporated by
reference and made a part hereof, at the same rates as set forth within aid
Agreement.
2. City and Wrecker Service expressly agree that all other terms, conditions, and
covenants contained in Contract No. 19-2023, shall be applicable to the work
performed pursuant to this Addendum, unless such term, condition or cove nt
conflicts with this Addendum Number 1, in which case this Addendum Numb 1
shall be controlling.
3. Both parties hereby agree that with the exception of the extension of the Agreem nt
through March 31, 2025, Contract No. 19-2023 shall remain intact and unchan ed
and in full force and effect.

4. Both parties agree that any person executing this Contract in a representative cap city
hereby warrants that he or she has been duly authorized by his or her princip 1 to
execute this Addendum.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, this Addendum is executed and approved by the undersi ed
representatives of the City and Wrecker Service this Dv" day of Atm, k , 20 2 , t be
effective in accordance with its tenus as of April 1, 2024.
