APPOINTING SPECIAL LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS
(SLED II)
WHEREAS, there is a need for Special Law Enforcement Officers (SLEO II) in the
Borough of Carteret; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the Borough of Carteret to make said
appointments;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council that the
following are hereby appointed Special Law Enforcement Officers (SLEO II)
Anthony Singh
Daniel SanFilippo
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this resolution shall be implemented in accordance
with the Borough's established hiring procedures for such positions and as provided by law
effective December 20, 2018 pending successful completion of fitness evaluation.

and certified as a true copy of the
