A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD APPROVING
THE TRANSFER OF $1,914.33 FROM THE UNAPPROPRIATED GENERAL FUND
TO THE PUBLIC RELATIONS DEPARTMENT FOR THE. PURCHASE, OF
MARKETING MATERIAL FOR THE GREATER LYNWOOD CHAMBER OF
COMMERCE
WHEREAS, as a part of the City Healthy Cities Initiative the City, in conjunction
with the Century Sheriff's Station and Greater Lynwood Chamber of Commerce hosted
a 5k/10k RunANalk in June 2014; and
WHEREAS, fifty percent of the proceeds from this event were earmarked to
purchase marketing material for the Greater Lynwood Chamber of Commerce; and
WHEREAS, City staff requests that the proceeds in the amount of $1,914.33 be
transferred from the Un- Appropriated General Fund to the Public Relations Department
—Administration Division for the purchase of Marketing material.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD DOES
HEREBY RESOLVE, DECLARE, DETERMINE AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the City Council approves this allocation and transfer.
Section 2. That the City Council approve the transfer of $1,914.33 from the
Un- Appropriated General Fund to the Public Relations- Administration Division from and
to the following accounts:

Section 3. That the City Clerk shall certify the passage and adoption of this
Resolution.
