A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD APPROVING
THE APPROPRIATION FOR THE PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT TO COVER
UNPAID INVOICES FOR FY 2014 -15
WHEREAS, the City Council approved the FY 2014 -15 (FY15) City Budget; and
WHEREAS, there were unanticipated costs incurred in FY15; and
WHEREAS, the approved budget for the Public Works Department was not
sufficient to cover the cost of operations and contractual obligations; and
WHEREAS, there are outstanding invoices and pending resolutions to date that
are needed to be paid and issued.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD DOES
HEREBY RESOLVE, DECLARE, DETERMINE AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
