Greetings Rita,
I kindly request any the agenda for tomorrows meeting and also any level 1, 2, 3, variances or special
exceptions or reviews under 70- 187(2)fn.1 (The Metal Roof Provision) excluding Chris O'Hare - since the
ordinance's inception.
Also, I would like the agenda and minutes of the meeting where the aforementioned code provision was
read and passed.
I will spare you the F.S. 119 and Florida Constitutional recitation but I would like the documents in
electronic format first, and for physical on -site inspection if the documents are not available.
