'*kHEREAS, the Rc%ised Statutes of Ne%t Jersey 400:4 -19 provides for the adoption of
temporary appropriations liar the period hcmecn the heginning of the Budget Year and the date
of the adoption of the Local Budget liar the Year 2019 For the purposes and amounts required:
