The/Village of Medina met in special session on January 10, 1974 at 7:45 P.M.
Wayne Neddermeyer - Mayor in Chair
Priscilla Arens - Clerk
Donald Des Lauriers, Robert Franklin, Thomas Stevens and
Wayne Neddermeyer.
Discussion with regard to the property on the southwest corner of the Park
and accompanying,proip.ems. Five property owners from that area, Mr.
Cochran from the Park and Robert Feser were present.

Discussion of Health insurance. Moved by Robert Franklin to pass Resolution
74-3, Concerning Group Health and Life Insurance: BE IT RESOLVED that the Village
of Medina apply to enter a group health and lifd insurance plan offered by Blue
Cross- MII and North American Casualty through Hennepin County to cover all full
time Village employees who are eligible, effective Feb. 1, 1974.
Seconded by Thomas Stevens
Motion carried.
Moved by Robert Franklin that the Village pay the full cost of the health
insurance for the year 1974.

Motion carried.
Moved by Robert Franklin that the meeting adjourn.
