RESOLVED that the report of the Committee on Assessments
of valuations of Real Estate and Improvements thereon in Savannah
Beach, Tybee Island, Ga., for the year commencing May lst, 1930, be
received amd the valuations as thereon assessed be adopted as the
basis of Assessment for taxation of Real Estate and Improvements
in said Savannah Beach, Tybee Island, Ga., for the year ending
April 30th, 1931.
There being no further business Council adjourned subject to the
call of the Mayor.

A special: meeting was held in the Town Hall at 12:00 M. and was
attended by the Mayor who presided and Councilmen Horovitz, Logan,
Farr and Town Attorney McIntyre.
As it was necessary to appoint a new manager due to the unexpected
illness of Mr. J. A. Samuels, Mr. Allen T. Gannon was appointed to
take the place of 7r. Samuels.
There being no further business Council adjourned subject to the
call of the Mayor.
