The report that had the specific dates and times I had to go into each day individually and add each one to the report (took me over an hour) and I did not charge you. We normally provide the report I provided you yesterday. Unfortunately, the amount of time it would take for me to create that report for the billing months with a daily usage and amount would take too long. There is an option if you would like that detailed of a report is make a public records request through Renee and she can quote you an amount in which you would need to pay form that report. I think the last time this happened we had a report that showed the time of day with the most continuous use and this is how we figured out it was a sprinkler. Can I by chance get that same report? There seems to still be a leak somewhere per the water maintenance supervisor . He also stated that the irrigation is really heavy as well and may need to be cut back. It turns out that it was a broken sprinkler under a palm. This bill isn’t as much as that one was but still seems high especially since they have only been to the house a week or so during this cycle. Dear Stacey Herrell [mail to: stacey@lacholdings.com]: The Town of Gulf Stream has received your public records request dated August 10, 2022. The original public records request can be found at the following link: PRR 22-2905 (laserfiche.com) The Town now estimates that to fully respond to your request will require approximately three hours of administrative support at $34.87 per hour, the labor cost of the personnel providing the service, per Fla. Stat. § 119.07(4)(d).
