CONFERMING APPOINTMENT OF DENNIS MCFADDEN
TO THE POSITION OF POLICE CHIEF OF
THE BOROUGH OF CARTERET POLICE DEPARTMENT
WHEREAS, the position of Police Chief for the Borough of Carteret is presently vacant;
and
WHEREAS, the Mayor has determined that it is in the best interest of the Borough to fill
the position of Police Chief, and has appointed Deputy Chief Dennis McFadden to the
position of Chief of the Department.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the Borough
of Carteret that
DENNIS MCFADDEN
is hereby confirmed as provisionally appointed to the position of Chief of Police for the
Borough of Carteret, effective January 1, 2019.
Adopted this 17 day of January, 2019
and certified as a true copy of the
original on January 18, 2019.
