Mayor Cook called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.

3. Approval of Agenda:
Trustee Burford moved, and Trustee Shapiro seconded the motion to approve the
Agenda. Motion carried: 7 -0.

a) Minutes August 3, 2011
It was noted that Police Officer Ken Wright was in attendance at the last meeting instead
of Chief Trainor. Trustee Burford moved, and Trustee Hoyhtya seconded the motion to
approve the consent agenda. Motion carried: 7 -0.

a) Chamber Update
Catherine Ross gave a post summer event review. She also asked for and received a
budget extension until September 30. Future projects and plans were discussed.

8. Discussion and Possible Action Regarding:
a) Visitor Center and 200 Eisenhower proposals

TM Durbin stated a party has expressed interest in 200 Eisenhower, but no proposals
were received for the Visitor Center. Other building uses and activities were discussed.

CAST is meeting in Grand Lake on September 25 and 26.

Trustee Hoyhtya moved, and Trustee Shapiro seconded the motion to adjourn. Motion
carried: 7 -0. Meeting adjourned at 8:15 p.m.
