Mayor Cook called the meeting to order at 6:24 p.m.
1. Approval of Agenda:
Trustee Sumrall moved, and Trustee Shapiro seconded the motion to approve the
Agenda. Motion carried: 7-0.
2. Executive Session: Trustee Sumrall moved, and Trustee Hoyhtya seconded the
motion to open the Executive Session for a conference with the Town's Special Counsel
for the purpose of receiving legal advice on specific legal questions under C.R.S.
Section 24-6-402(4)(b) and for the purpose of determining positions relative to matters
that may be subject to negotiations, developing strategy for negotiations, and/or
instructing negotiators, under C.R.S. Section 24-6-402(4)(e) regarding an annexation
agreement and to include SC Ferguson, TP Trotter, PW Nordin, TC Berger and TM
Durbin. Motion carried: 7-0.
Trustee Hoyhtya moved, and Trustee Shapiro seconded the motion to close the
Executive Session. Motion carried: 7-0.
