Route 59, Unit 110 (Case #1446-012309.V). e) Ordinance No. , approving a variance from Chapter 9, Article V, Section 9-54(2) of the Municipal Code to allow a building addition for an elevator causeway to be located in the required interior side yard for the property located at 13233 S.
