LOCKPORT STREET (CASE #: 1453-030909.HPC) Seeking a motion to adopt Ordinance No. , designating the structure at 24103 W. Lockport Street a landmark. 5) CORNERSTONE EARLY LEARNING CENTER (CASE #: 1459-032709.AA.SU.SPR) a) Seeking a motion adopt Ordinance No. , authorizing the execution of an annexation agreement for 26359 W. 135th Street, an approximately two acre site, subject to the stipulations in the staff report. b) Seeking a motion to adopt Ordinance No. , annexing the subject property. c) Seeking a motion to adopt Ordinance No. , approving a special use for a preschool/daycare in the R-1 zoning district, for the subject property located at 26359 W. 135th Street, subject to the stipulations in the staff report. 6) CAMBRIDGE AT THE RESERVE ANNEXATION AGREEMENT AMENDMENT (CASE # 1445-011609.AAA) Seeking a motion to adopt Ordinance No. , approving the requested amendment to the annexation agreement regarding the public roadway dedication of Cambridge Circle. Village Board Agenda June 1, 2009 Page 2 of 2 7) APPLELAND, LLC (APPLEBEE’S) (CASE #: 1456–032009.MC) Seeking a motion to accept the Plan Commission’s findings of fact and to deny the request for a Major Change to the Planned Development known as Kensington Center North, for Lot 3 in the Plainfield/Wal-Mart First Resubdivision, and commonly known as 12624 S. Route 59, to lift the sitdown use restriction and allow the proposed use for a dental office and retail space, which are both permitted uses in the B-3 District. 8) FURQAAN ACADEMY (CASE #1452-022709.RZ.SU .SPR) a) Seeking a motion to accept the Plan Commission's findings of fact and to direct the Village Attorney to prepare the necessary ordinance approving an amendment to the Official Zoning Map to rezone the property located on the west side of Eastern Avenue, immediately south of the CN/EJ&E Railroad tracks, and commonly known as 14912 S. Eastern Avenue, from R-1 (Low Density Single-Family Residential District) and I-1(Office, Research, and Light Industrial District) to all R-1 District. b) Seeking a motion to accept the Plan Commission's findings of fact and to deny the request for a Special Use for a school. c) Seeking a motion to concur with the recommendation of the Plan Commission and to deny approval of the Site Plan Review documents.
