BARTLETT AVENUE (CASE #1474-070109.HPC) Seeking a motion to approve the requested Certificate of Appropriateness for the relocation and addition to the garage at 15005 S. Bartlett Avenue. 5) PLAINFIELD FIRE STATION NO. 2 & ADMINISTRATIVE CAMPUS (CASE #: 1473-062909.CP) Staff and the Plan Commission recommend approval of the proposed concept plan for the Plainfield Fire Protection District's Fire Station No. 2 and Administrative Campus located on the north side of 135th Street, east of Illinois Route 59. Staff and the applicant are looking for feedback and direction from the Village Board on the proposed concept plan. 6) PLAINFIELD SCHOOL OF MUSIC Seeking a motion to direct the Village Attorney to draft an Ordinance for a major change to the Planned Development for Crossroads Business Center allowing for a music school.
