BARTLETT AVENUE (CASE #1409-070108.HPC) Seeking a motion to direct the Village Attorney to draft an Ordinance designating the residence at 14931 S. Bartlett Avenue as a landmark. 7) LIFESPRING COMMUNITY CHURCH (CASE # 1404–052108.SPR.FP) a) Seeking a motion to approve the Site Plan Review for LifeSpring Community Church, located on the east side of Wood Farm Road, north of Lockport Street, subject to the four (4) stipulations that are presented in the staff report. b) Seeking a motion to approve the Preliminary/Final Plat of Subdivision for LifeSpring Community Church, located on the east side of Wood Farm Road, north of Lockport Street, subject to the four (4) stipulations that are presented in the staff report. c) Seeking a motion to direct staff to initiate a text amendment to the landscaping provisions of the Zoning Ordinance to eliminate the requirement for a two-foot high undulating landscape berm or two-foot grade drop between the right-of-way line and the edge of a parking lot in the front and corner side yards of the B-5 (Traditional Business) District. 8) BOUGHTON FARM (CASE #1411-070308.AA.SU) a) Motion to open a public hearing for an amendment to the annexation agreement. b) Seeking a motion to close the public hearing and return to the regular business meeting. c) Seeking a motion to direct the Village Attorney to draft an ordinance approving the annexation and annexation agreement for the Boughton Farm development. d) Pursuant to the recommendation of the Plan Commission seeking a motion to deny the Concept Plan for the Boughton Farm development. 9) EATON KROGH FARM (CASE #1412-070308.AA) a) Motion to open a public hearing for an amendment to the annexation agreement. b) Seeking a motion to close the public hearing and return to the regular business meeting. c) Seeking a motion to direct the Village Attorney to draft an ordinance approving the annexation and annexation agreement for the Eaton Farm development. d) Seeking a motion to approve the concept plan for the Eaton Farm development with the five (5) stipulations. 10) UPDIKE FARM (MACOM) (CASE #1386-042908.SU.PP.SPR) a) Motion to open a public hearing for an amendment to the annexation agreement. b) Seeking a motion to close the public hearing and return to the regular business meeting. c) Seeking a motion to direct the Village Attorney to draft an ordinance approving the proposed amended annexation agreement. d) Seeking a motion to direct the Village Attorney to draft an ordinance approving the Special Use for the Updike development with the five (5) approved stipulations: 11) MAINSTREET PLAINFIELD, INC. Seeking a motion to approve the budgeted annual amount of $40,000 for MainStreet Plainfield, Inc. for the 2008-2009 Fiscal Year.
